What does it cost?
The first audit is free and takes 30 minutes. After that you get a fixed price before I start. A one-hour talk starts at 12 000 SEK, automation work at 15 000 SEK, workshops at 18 000 SEK for a half day. Where it lands depends on scope, so you always get a quote first. Never a surprise on the invoice.
Do I need to know anything about AI already?
No. Most people I work with have tried ChatGPT a few times and then given up. You don't need to understand how the technology works to save time with it, any more than you need to understand an engine to drive a car. I explain things plainly, and you can ask anything.
Is it safe to use AI with my customer data?
It depends on the tool and on what you type in. Short version: national ID numbers, card details and health data never go in as they are. Most of it the AI doesn't need in order to help you anyway. We go through what applies to your data in the audit.

The first automation is usually running within two weeks and typically saves five to ten hours a week. But it depends on what we find. Sometimes the biggest win is a simple template that takes an afternoon to set up. You get an honest estimate in the audit itself.
Do you only work in Stockholm?
I'm happy to come to you if you're in the Stockholm area. Everything else works just as well remotely over video, and that's how most engagements run. I deliver talks and workshops both on site and online, whichever suits your team better.
What happens in a free audit?
We talk for 30 minutes about what an ordinary week looks like for you. I ask what eats your time and look for what keeps repeating. You leave with a prioritised list of what can be automated and where I would start. No cost, no pitch.
Is my business too small?
Probably not. I work best with teams of one to ten people, and plenty of my engagements are solo founders. The smaller the business, the bigger the difference it usually makes to remove a few hours of dull work each week. There is no minimum size.
Do I have to switch systems or buy new tools?
Usually not. I would rather build on top of what you already use, so there is nothing new to learn. Sometimes a paid tool earns its keep, but I only recommend one when I can point at something you actually did last week that it would have saved time on.

Nothing. You fill in the form, I reply within one business day with a couple of times, and then we talk. You don't need to gather documents or tidy up your processes first. It's actually better if I get to see how things really look.
Do you work with clients outside Sweden?
Yes. I work in English just as happily, and many engagements run entirely remotely. Time zones within Europe are rarely an issue, and if you are further away we will find times that work for both of us. This whole site is available in English too.
