If I can't explain it without jargon, I don't understand it well enough yet. You'll always know what you're using and why.
Time saved is the only metric
Not “AI maturity,” not buzzwords. If it doesn't give you back hours or money, I won't recommend it.
I teach, not gatekeep
Every engagement leaves you more capable than it found you. Independence is the deliverable.
Honest about the limits
